Established for 15 years we have a fabrication shop and a machine shop which offer a wide range of services for all sheet metal work.

We have worked extensively in both the Health/Science sector providing laboratory equipment and the Power/Energy sector providing battery enclosures but we also work in a variety of industries from construction and lighting to aerospace. We develop one off items but also manufacture in large volumes.
With our onsite facilities and our carefully selected sub-contractors we are able to offer our customers an extensive range of sheet metal work which includes Laser cutting, Powder coating and all Paint finishes. We bend, roll, press, punch and much more.

Our skilled engineers excel when it comes to the quality and finish of the work we produce. Both new and returning customers often comment on this.
We can assemble your parts and components as well as manufacture them ourselves. Although we can join metals with rivets, and threaded fasteners our most common method is welding. We offer MIG, TIG spot and stud welding in a range of materials.
We also offer Bymat polishing which uses the latest technology to remove heat affected zones from stainless steels. This oxide removal is an environmentally friendly electrochemical surface treatment which restores the material's original colour.

We are a sheet metal company based in Alfreton, Derbyshire. Founded in 2001 we have built a reputation for our quality and customer satisfaction. Recent developments saw Glynn, the works manager, seamlessly take over the company as managing director when previous owner David retired.
Operating as a small team of professionally qualified engineers we have a combined 80+ years experience and a common goal to produce quality work we can all be proud of. Our dedicated workmanship is guaranteed at every stage from design and development to the final inspection. After years of work for laboratories and the health care industry we ensure all work is finished to a pharmacuetical standard.
With our premises covering 6200 sqft we have the capacity to deal with work in large volumes but alongside this we enjoy making and helping develop small bespoke items. We work with large companies and individuals and our convenient location near junction 28 of the M1 means we can easily serve nationwide as well as locally.
